People may pronounce it "Crockumbush" or "Croakembush" but that ain't correct...<br /><br />The French(I am bilingual), who invented the thing (and should know how to pronounce and spell) spell it spell it Croquenbouche and pronounce it "Crock ehn boosh" (I mistyped it previously as booch). (you roll the r in crock and the "en" is sort of a nasally "on" sound with the n being silent).
